Inspired by true events, “Tulsa” tells the story of a troubled mechanic and the daughter he never knew existed.

SYNOPSIS: After spending a few traumatic years in the foster system after the death of her mother, 9-year-old Tulsa (Livi Birch) tracks down her biological father, Tommy (Scott Pryor).  Mostly against his will, Tommy agrees to take temporary custody of Tulsa which leads to a comedic power-play as Tulsa attempts to make Tommy a fitting father.

Eventually, Tulsa wins Tommy’s heart and it seems that their father-daughter bond is inseparable until a tragic accident puts Tulsa in the hospital.  Out of desperation to do something for Tulsa as her life hangs in the balance, Tommy comes up with a plan to make Tulsa’s dream of attending the school’s father-daughter dance a reality.
